UAB SCT Lubricants is a leading manufacturer of high-quality engine oils and automotive fluids located in Klaipeda, Lithuania. Our factory’s history dates back to 1962, when a new company called Klaypedskaya Neftebaza was founded. Over thirty years later, in 1993, this plant was registered as an oil-manufacturing unit under the name Pemco Kuras. Eventually, it was the German joint-stock company SCT who acquired the company in 2003 to form UAB SCT Lubricants. A large-scale reconstruction and modernization process was initiated by the new SCT management, the most notable result of which was the expansion of departments and the renewal of equipment. In 2012 a new modern laboratory was built and a workshop for the production of plastic containers was opened at the same time. Since 2018 metal cans have also been produced by the factory itself. Also, the area of office and storage facilities is constantly increasing. Today, UAB SCT Lubricants is one of the most modern factories in Europe, and our 150 employees work to satisfy our clients’ needs in 120 countries on all five continents.
